People can have different roles in MyOSPRI, just like they do at a meat processing plant. You can assign roles to others to help manage Animal Status Declarations (ASDs) or people at your location (plant address or drop-off location). Find out about MyOSPRI roles below.

Organisation-level roles

Organisation administrator

The organisation administrator sets up the organisation’s locations. They have full permissions, which means they can:

  • add people to, and remove people from locations
  • assign roles, and remove people from roles
  • accept, process or reject ASDs
  • transfer ASDs to another meat processing location
  • create and manage ASDs for farm locations
  • edit location details
  • deactivate locations.

Read-only

People in the read-only role can see:

  • ASDs at each location
  • staff members at each location.

They can’t make changes.

You can assign this role to more than one person.

Meat processing plant roles

Location administrator

A location administrator is responsible for managing people at a location.

They can:

  • add people to, and remove people from the location
  • assign roles, and remove people from roles.

You can assign this role to more than one person.

Animal Status Declaration (ASD) admin

An ASD admin can create and submit ASDs for a specific location.

You can assign this role to more than one person.

View-only

People in the view-only role can see:

  • created ASDs at a specific location
  • staff members at that location.

They can’t make changes.

You can assign this role to more than one person.
