Colin Philp

Colin Philp joined OSPRI in early 2024 and is our Chief Transformation Officer.

Colin has more than 25 years’ experience leading technology and business transformation across a range of New Zealand organisations.

Prior to joining OSPRI, he spent six years as Chief Information Officer at FMG, where he led the insurer’s technology, data and project teams. Before FMG, Colin served as Chief Information Officer at the New Zealand Racing Board and has also held senior technology leadership roles with Gen-i and BNZ.

Passionate about using technology and data to enable better business outcomes, Colin enjoys working with teams across the organisation to simplify complexity, deliver meaningful change, and build capabilities that support New Zealand’s primary sector into the future.
