Stakeholder Forum

The Stakeholder Forum helps our Board and management by giving advice to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our programmes.

The Board meets with the Stakeholder Forum every 6 months.

Forum Chair

The Stakeholder Forum Chair for 2025 is Katrina Simpson. She is also Chair of our West Coast farmer committee.

Forum membership

The Stakeholder Forum is made up of:

• chairs or representatives of our regional committees
• shareholder representatives
• stakeholders specified in the constitution:
  • Dairy Companies Association of New Zealand
  • Department of Conservation
  • Federated Farmers
  • Meat Industry Association of New Zealand
  • Ministry for Primary Industries
  • New Zealand Deer Farmers Association
  • New Zealand Local Government Association
  • New Zealand Stock and Station Agents Association
  • Predator Free NZ
  • the road transport sector
• other stakeholders deemed appropriate by OSPRI and the Stakeholder Forum.
