Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role:
As the Knowledge Management Specialist at OSPRI, you will be responsible for ensuring the Support Centre operates with clarity, consistency, and confidence. You will do this by translating business changes into actionable content and supporting continuous improvement through knowledge integrity.
In this role you will be responsible for keeping our people informed by delivering training, designing learning materials and overseeing our quality assurance within our Support Centre, ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
You will also own and lead the development of the Knowledge Base, a critical learning and support tool for our Support Centre, ensuring it is practical, accurate, and up-to-date. Using your analysis, networking, and collaboration skills, you’ll continuously improve this resource to empower our people to deliver the best possible experience for our farmers.
Kōrero mōu - About you:
As our preferred candidate, you will build into our supportive and collaborative culture, as well as bring experience in designing and delivering training, ideally within a Support Centre environment.
You will be an engaging communicator who can take complex information and deliver it in an accessible way through targeted learning interventions. You will be an advocate for the Support Centre within OSPRI’s wider programmes of work and keep us in the loop for change.
Your ability to anticipate and address gaps and opportunities across the support centre and drive a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing will be key. You’ll be someone who thrives on building strong relationships, and confident in engaging with across OSPRI to ensure alignment on Support Centre priorities.
