How to change your email address in MyOSPRI

Use this step-by-step guide to change your email address in MyOSPRI.

Log in to MyOSPRI and follow these steps.

  1. 1 Select dropdown arrow beside your name at top right of screen.
  2. 2 Select Your profile.
  3. 3 Select Change in the Change your email section.
  4. 4 Enter your new email address.
  5. 5 Select Confirm.
  6. 6 Check your email inbox for a verification email and select Verify email. This will redirect you to the MyOSPRI login page.
  7. 7 Log in with your email address.

If you don't receive a verification email

If you don't receive a verification email, check your spam folder as it may be in there. If it’s not, you can:

  • try logging into MyOSPRI. This will bring up a screen with the option to request your verification email is resent
  • call us on 0800 482 463
  • email us at myospri@ospri.co.nz
