How to invite a person to take up a role at a location in MyOSPRI

Use this step-by-step guide to invite someone to take up a role in MyOSPRI.

Log in to MyOSPRI and follow these steps.

  1. 1 Select Locations in left-hand menu.
  2. 2 Select the relevant location.
  3. 3 Select People & roles at top of page.
  4. 4 Select Add people.
  5. 5 Enter email address of the person you're inviting.
  6. 6 Select Invite people.
  7. 7 Select pencil icon beside the details of the person you have just invited.
  8. 8 Check the Location manager box if you want to make this person a location manager. If not, they will be a member by default.
  9. 9 Select Save.

Once the recipient accepts your invitation, they will be able to invite others to the location and assign them roles.

You can also invite people not registered in MyOSPRI. They will receive an email once you invite them to your location to set up their profile.
