Sharemilkers support lifetime traceability

Wairarapa sharemilkers Manoj Kumar and Sumit Kamboj are expecting around 760 calves on-farm this season. They support lifetime animal traceability by keeping their NAIT account up to date.

Fieldays 2021

It was great to see over 1000 farmers stopping by for a chat at our Fieldays site this year. We spent all 4 days of the event having discussions with farmers about disease management, and working with them on their NAIT accounts.

Sending unsafe to tag animals

From 1 July 2021, when recording untagged animals in NAIT, meat processors will specify if untagged animals they receive have an 'unsafe to tag' exemption or not.

MyOSPRI: First release

We’re pleased to announce the first release of MyOSPRI, our new online customer portal. This first release allows farmers invited to the system to create a farm-to-farm Animal Status Declaration (ASD) form online that they can download, print or share with transporters and receiving farmers.

If you’re selling or leasing service bulls to herdowners for breeding get them TB tested before sending off-farm. Testing is free.
