Barry is a partner at Chapman Tripp, and a consultant in their corporate and commercial team, which advises New Zealand and multi-national clients on mergers and acquisitions as well as securities law.
Fenton enjoys a range of governance roles as well as farming in Wairoa with wife Sue. A former member of the Stakeholders’ Council and now director he has been involved with OSPRI for eight years.
James farms sheep and beef in Dargaville, Northland and has extensive agri-business and rural sector leadership experience. James is a trustee of the New Zealand Rural Leadership Trust and a 2008 Nuffield Farming Scholar.
Nikki and her husband have been involved in farming for over 35 years. Nikki currently chairs the Tiaki Plantations Company, and is a director of WorkSafe NZ, and Kitchen Studio Distribution Limited.
